These terms are an agreement between you and BRELLABASE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, for the Flyphase app and this website.
Who can use Flyphase
Flyphase is for people aged 18 and over. By creating an account and agreeing to these terms you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Free trial and subscription
Flyphase offers paid plans (Pro and Elite), each with a free trial started through your phone’s app store. The trial ends on the date the store shows, and the store charges you then unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings; refunds follow the store’s policies.
If your trial or subscription ends, the weeks you already had stay readable, read-only. New weeks and logging need an active trial or subscription.
Training guidance, not medical advice
Flyphase gives general training guidance for healthy athletes. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physical therapist or athletic trainer. Stop and get help if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
AI features
AI coach explanations and video analysis are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgement.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in details private. You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as videos, and give us permission to process it only to provide the service. You can delete your account at any time (see Support).
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, upload content you have no right to, or try to access other users’ data.
Disclaimers and liability
